Return Policy At Luisa's Dance Boutique, we want you to love every pair of
shoes you order from us. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange
an item, please adhere to the following terms:
All
returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please call or email Luisa's
Dance Boutique as soon as you know that you need to send back an item. You
will receive an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) by email
along with instructions and a return address.
Your
items for return or exchange must be received by Luisa's Dance Boutique within
21 days of when your order was delivered. UPS, FexEx or USPS tracking information
will be used to determine when your package was accepted at
your address. After 21 days, returned items will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee whether the customer requested a refund or exchange.
All
returned items must be in the original sellable condition in which you
received them. After inspection, if it is determined by Luisa's Dance
Boutique that the item is not acceptable, it will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense.
We
want you to be comfortable in your new shoes, however, as with any shoes,
we cannot guarantee that you will be comfortable after you dance in them.
Please take your time to evaluate the shoes carefully. We recommend that
you try on our shoes on a clean carpeted floor. Keep the soles clean and
unscuffed and DO NOT DANCE IN THE SHOES until you are 100% sure that you
want to keep them. Wear footsocks or hosiery to avoid soiling the insoles
as we will not accept any shoes with foot/toe prints. Do not adhere
fitting aids, snip any straps, brush the soles or alter the shoes in any way.
All tags and packaging also must be undamaged and returned to us. Once you
dance in the shoes, alter them or soil them, we will not take them back
for refund or exchange. No exceptions.
No
refunds given on any shipping and handling costs.
Items
that are by special order or custom order cannot be returned or exchanged.
These items are marked clearly on the product detail page and are final
sale.
For
your protection, we recommend you use UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other
carrier that offers parcel tracking information and shipping insurance.
Luisa's Dance Boutique is not liable for any costs associated with the
damage or loss of any returned items in transit.
All
refunds will be issued in the form
of a company check, mailed to the customer.Checks for refunds will be mailed immediately after the
returned items are inspected and deemed appropriate for return.
The
customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return or
exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee if a shipment
has been refused, or the customer has given a wrong address, or if the
customer has not signed for delivery. To avoid unnecessary loss of time
and money, please give us your correct order information and be available
to sign for your shipment. Any unsigned, returned, undeliverable parcel
will be treated as a refund return.
Returned
items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to
a 5% repackaging fee. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box as
this will damage the shoe box and you will be subject to the
repackaging fee. Use the original shipping box or another quality
corrugated box.
The
free shoe bag included with every pair of shoes must be returned if you
are returning or exchanging an item. If the shoe bag is kept by the
customer, the customer will be charged $5 for the bag.
Bonus
discounts or coupon discounts will be fully deducted from the total refund
amount if a return invalidates the original qualifying discount criteria.
Luisa's Dance Boutique reserves
the right to change all return policies without further notice. Should there be
any disputes on an order, Luisa's Dance Boutique's decision shall be final.
